JetSet Multimedia Terms of Service

General Conditions:

JetSet Multimedia provides multimedia content creation and management services, including photography, video production, and digital marketing strategies. Clients are required to make an initial payment of 50% before the project begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

Content Delivery:

All final content will be delivered in digital format via Google Drive. JetSet Multimedia does not provide RAW files unless previously agreed upon in writing. Clients have one week to request revisions to the delivered content before final approval.

Liability:

JetSet Multimedia is not responsible for the improper or unauthorized use of the delivered content. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions for using the content on public or commercial platforms.

Cancellations and Refunds:

In case of client cancellation, the initial payment is non-refundable. Full refunds will only be granted if JetSet Multimedia fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.

Intellectual Property:

All content created by JetSet Multimedia remains the property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon final payment, usage rights are transferred to the client, except for copyright, which remains with JetSet Multimedia.

Modifications:

JetSet Multimedia reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or by posting on our website.
